RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, you have the right to request a return within 14 days without providing any reason.
At Chronum Watches, we voluntarily extend this return period to 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be in their original condition. This means they must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, protective materials, documentation, and accessories included.
A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products made according to customer specifications or personalized items
Items that have been used, damaged, resized, or altered after delivery
Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Chronum Watches cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Return Process
Please contact support@chronumwatches.com with your order number and request to return the item.
You will receive detailed instructions regarding the return procedure.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be informed about the status of your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the customer may still request a return in accordance with this Returns Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@chronumwatches.com
In such cases, Chronum Watches will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
